When I enrolled at The Livingstone College of Nursing, formerly Livingstone School of nursing in 2012, I left my dad struggling with his health. He frequently flew out of the country for medical attention, especially in the United States of America. Due to his health condition airlines didn’t want him to fly unaccompanied. By the time I graduated at age 22 mid of 2015, my dad’s health had deteriorated. I immediately began my caring and nursing role for him. I grew up in a home seeing my sweet dad dedicated his life to serving the poor in society. My dad had worked for the United Nation. He served the poorest through his none profit charities. My dad’s Love for others lit the fires of inspiration in me which led me to do the same for him
